By now the world knows that republicans block almost all meaningful measures to address immigration policies because it’s one of their most powerful tactics to keep repeating lies about democrats. They will never work to make immigration laws more effective, efficient, and transparent. Immigration is never not going to be an issue, especially with climate changes, but republicans will never address it legally or honestly.
The republicans did not block immigration policies which were working before Biden undid them. Just that alone should be grounds for the removal of Biden from office, but look what we'd have in his place. Lordy!!
I wouldn't go blaming immigration on climate change. A lot of people are claiming it but there is zero hard evidence. Immigration from south of the border is due to corrupt government and economic poverty, over population and drug cartels. It's a joke to imply otherwise but that is the going propaganda at present.
They cite deforestation as caused by climate change; no, it is caused by people cutting down all the trees to have more crop land. They do it by cutting and burning, releasing huge amounts of CO2 and decreasing the uptake of CO2 by the forests. Rain forest loss continues at unbelievable rates.
