I wouldn't go blaming immigration on climate change. A lot of people are claiming it but there is zero hard evidence. Immigration from south of the border is due to corrupt government and economic poverty, over population and drug cartels. It's a joke to imply otherwise but that is the going propaganda at present.
They cite deforestation as caused by climate change; no, it is caused by people cutting down all the trees to have more crop land. They do it by cutting and burning, releasing huge amounts of CO2 and decreasing the uptake of CO2 by the forests. Rain forest loss continues at unbelievable rates.
