I am not certain exactly how caucuses work but from what I do know it seems like an ARCANE way to select the frontrunner of any party. How can caucuses be better than traditional primaries like the other 46 states? I heard an interview with an Iowan who said he wasn't bothering to go to a caucus because it was so chaotic and disorganized that it was hard to imagine everyone's vote being counted. He also said the loudest and most aggressive people got their way. Seems kind of backwards to me but I've never attended one.

I also hear an Iowa evangelical Christian say he thought trump exhibited 'godly character'...I was drinking water at the time and it made me choke and snort water out my nose. And the journalist didn't ask what godly character he sees in trump. Why is MSM soft balling all these voter interviews and not pinning down these trumpers as to what the heck they see in him?

And Iowa certainly doesn't represent American demographics so I don't understand why it is given such importance.

I’ve been to a couple of caucuses in Colorado. We switched to a primary several years ago because the caucus is not manageable if more than a handful of people want to participate.
