I only have one minor disagreement with your description of the 45th president: he is not immoral, he amoral. Calling him immoral implies that he has a conscience or feels some twinge of guilt or bad feeling when he commits his reprehensible acts or says the despicable, evil things he says. I assure you, he has no such feelings. As you have stated, everything is done in service of his ego, which has no boundaries or shame.
I do have hope that he will at last be held accountable. The text messages, the people who’ve testified before the January 6th committee, the documents (so many, many documents), they are all slowly and surely building a giant wrecking ball that will knock him down. Every arch has a keystone, take that keystone out, it collapses. The former president’s keystone has started showing cracks and structural damage, I have faith it will fail.

I agree with your view that our Government could face some difficult situations if Donald Trump even runs for office or got elected through real fraud. We as a people are not accustomed to dealing with continued lies as is his norm. Rather we deal in TRUST and TRUTH, rather than lies. And, yes, our situation could lead to Civil War, but not of the troop slaughter between the North and the South, rather instead, we would be confronted by misinformed government agencies taking actions on their own volution. The next step is a dictatorship. God help us.

HOW can we allow or trust those that wasnt able to call out a man that was willing to, Note "IF" try to overthrow Democracy? Those that, and still stand and say the last election was fraud or stolen. Democrats need to bend a little to the States separation of power. Main address on Federal level is to NOT have States to overthrow votes and yeah alone without disfranchises citizens ability to vote.

The comments here have been wonderful. Joe Biden was just so courageous and thoughtful for this long press conference. This is all amazing.
