So, looking at the other responses this likely doesn't fit in, but I have a feeling it doesn't matter in this digital space . (So glad for that.) The music I associate with the Fall season is Led Zeppelin's "In My Time of Dying," from Physical Graffiti. It's not as negative as it might seem.
Fall is a time to collect. To feed each other. To take the horses to the barn and feed them sweet grain. But it's also a time to gather your thoughts and prepare for the next thing.... ....
You wove together examples of outstanding artistic talent with your choice of music, poetry, and painting for this week’s Smile. Sure lifted my spirits. Thank you for this gift.
Thank you for your choices representing autumn, a time of gathering the harvest of one's life with its diversities of bright colors amongst the muted greens. Since childhood, autumn has been my favorite season. The Vivaldi piece and the Georgia O'Keefe painting represent what touche my soul this time of year. I hope that we can gather safely with family and close friends this Thanksgiving to express joy and gratefulness for the blessings of life we have. There are still many.
Thank you for your Thanksgiving Smile! Having just been to Ghost Ranch and viewed the Cottonwoods & Poplars in their full glory, I particularly appreciate you including Georgia O'Keefe's Autumn leaves.
❤️
Thank you. Thank you for feeding our souls. Happy Autumn! 🍂🍁🍃

That's what I want to write about, anyway.
Thank you for the beautiful music, poetry and art. Wishing you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Beautiful 😍 Thanks so much for your newsletter. It means so much! ❤ 😍 💖
As usual, you brought a smile to me again! Music, Literature, Art: all feed the soul as much as the Thanksgiving feast feeds our bellies!

I love Keats and you too Dan.

I fell madly in love with Vivaldi in my 9th grade orchestra. I was in the first violins section and my bow and fingers would fly to winds of autumn.
Absolutely beautiful, calming and a total rejuvenation the soul. Thank You!
Thanks. Dan and Elliot, for another welcome Saturday post. Loved Georgia O’Keeffe’s painting and Keat’s exquisite poem and the incredible Vivaldi.
