Thank you Dan for always telling us the real facts and truth. My heart, too, was crushed when Navalny returned to Russia. Last week, my heart, it was pummeled further at news of his passing. I’d dreamt of, envisioned Navalny as the next Mandela - one day when the Russian people galvanized en masse and shouted NO MORE to Putin’s madness, he was toppled (perhaps poisoned in a long, slow, agonizing demise), our hero Navalny would immediately be elevated to “new Russia’s” summit. And the world, she exhaled in a soft smile of hope and accomplishment.
Alas, Navalny on a different mountain top and all of us, the entire global populous, we are left with an utterly evil madman. Why has he not been eliminated? I do not understand…
