I've never really been a political person and unfortunately I feel as though I have had a political firehose spraying on me for the last 6 years. Unfortunately it has been spewing hate. I see your article Dan, and it frightens me because, in my opinion, the children playing politics aren't getting the whole picture and have mypoic vision when it come to the damage their choices are creating in our country and our political system. As one person I can't do much, but I can do something. I will spend my time searching for the thing I can do that may make a difference and it is my mission. Thank you for this.
Please, if you are not involved in campaigns, do so. I joined the first Obama campaign, been active ever since and am not regretting it. My actions have influenced my children, grandchildren and many others. At a minimum, as President Obama used to say, “Vote!”

"Don't boo, vote!" I miss Pres. Obama so much, but I'm happy Biden is president now.
I always vote, but I don't usually engage in political debates with friends or family.
