I feel like Trump is everywhere. The actions of the Republicans in office are nuts, following the orders of someone who is not in office. Who the hell does he think he is? Are you telling me that the jobs being held by Republicans in office are so valuable they won’t leave them even if they don’t agree? Are we saying all republicans holding office are puppets to Trump? Something is so wrong here.

What a terrible evil very sick remark by frump that he was acting in the interests of the country, when he does nothing unless it is for him. He is truly despicable, and sadly, the 9 judges are not much better. Cowards might be a good word to use. I do not know if it was recently, but I did read on one of the news pages that he actually has accused Nancy Pelosi as being responsible for the Jan. 6 horror we all witnessed. There seems to be no limit to how low he will go. We all must do our best to vote blue to ensure he does not have any chance in hell to get himself elected. Though he may resort again to causing harm to us and our country, though I pray that does not happen again. It cannot happen again. It is months away and yet, I am sick with worry and fear, because he is so rotten and evil a person, and totally without a conscience.

Thanks Dan! I read all 57 pages. It was a boost of hope that the federal appeals acted so soundly to safe us from the courts aiding dictatorship. Sadly, I don't have that much face in our current Supreme Court Justices, Alito, Gosche , Barrett, Kavanaugh, Roberts, and Thomas should have recuse himself. I strongly encourage everyone to read the historians briefs submitted to the Supreme Court. Excellent and understandable based on historical facts. Again Dan, thank you!!.

Thanks Dan. I grow weary of Trump's shenanigans, especially the outrageous challenges to the rule of law, and I look forward in pleasant anticipation to him getting his days in court for all the crimes of which he is accused. Hopefully this will happen in my lifetime.

What are the odds the Supreme Court will follow suit? Or might we hope they refuse to hear the case?!

So glad to hear that he is not granted immunity from prosecution and that he must answer for the hideous crimes he committed. There is hope yet he will be found guilty of trying to skew voting results. He is not the kind of "leader" we need. After seeing the PBS account of his hearings on these crimes and hearing the phone call to the Georgia official to try to get him to "just give us 10,000 odd votes" I'm convinced all he wants is what is good for HIM; he doesn't give a Fig about any one but HIMSELF. He doesn't belong in government, business or much of anywhere because he simply doesn't care if this whole country goes up in flames. He is only concerned about himself. Selfish son of a sea biscuit!

Trump’s team is employing the same tactics the various reprobate judicial snipers are using against him.

Throw it against the wall and see what sticks.

The whole mess has done nothing but further erode the public’s confidence in government and the judiciary.
