This is definitely a new take on the feeling good song. I’m not sure what he was trying to say. For me I had always pictured a beautiful sunny day with a blue sky and puffy white clouds and birds flying in the sky. I thought of it has a happy song. However, I can now picture it with a huge win from Kamala/Walz and the Democrats! It would be a great theme song for them. It’s exactly how I would feel if they won. Come on, America, kick the Don out of our lives forever! It would definitely be a new dawn and a new day and we would definitely be feeling good!
Ilene, it does make you feel good, doesn't it? I continue to work hard to get Kamala and Tim elected; however, today, Mr. Rather gave me another reason to be happy and looking forward to the future with hope and absolute joy!
As a Canadian I know I am biased but I adore this man. From his singing/songwriting to Celebrity IOU he is just a wonderful human being! Thanks for such a lovely Sunday smile.
I have tried hard over the years to dislike and dismiss Michael Buble and I don’t even know exactly why. But each time I listen, including now, he entices me back into the fold. Sign me up!
Oh my gosh!!! I felt exactly the same way!!! I was just about to type that, Dwight! Great minds, I suppose. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 And this video was all kinds of cool, right?!
A very good reason to smile; thank you Team Steady. For a song that starts out on a note of quasi-despair “I Just Haven’t Met You Yet” is upbeat and uplifting, all the way through. We have ALL be where he was when he wrote those lyrics. Thanks for the big smile today, Mr. Rather.
I agree! Many of us (with consious and soul) have been down too long. Therefore, I applaud a new Dawn and a new
Day. Time for America to feel good about the light of hope flickering ahead. Here's to countless ways to keep Rockin' in the Free World (and we HAVE met her but she just hasn't been elected yet)!
Wonderful choice, Dan. A perfect pick me up after I received my print copy of the NYT with John Roberts’ snickering and sneering face on the front page (above the fold). Michael Bible made me forget about John Roberts, at least, for a while. Thank you for this this edition of “A Reason to Smile”. Hope you are smiling in that mid Sept. Texas heat.
Aww, this is just terrific. He is well loved here in Canada. Wonderful family man too. I think he was on a home renovation show where they completely redid the home that belonged to his grandfather. He was very emotional about it.
Love the Bond and Charle’s Angels vibe. Thanks Dan. Always enjoy your efforts to keep life light.
Michael Buble is one of my absolute favorite singers today! His soft, sultry voice is absolutely perfect for the songs he sings. Just this morning, I got up and carried my coffee out on the porch and noticed how foggy it was. I immediately started singing "A Foggy Day in London Town" that I have on one of my Buble CDs. Thanks, Mr. Rather, you gave me another reason to smile today!
Perfect choice, Dan! After listening to that, I am definitely smiling.😀 I am also very much looking forward to watching The Voice. The perfect anecdote for the more serious things going on these days.
Great voice, control of how he places notes is extraordinary - pure talent and charisma. I liked the different presentation with And I'm Feeling good..... You have amazing taste in music - kudos to you too, Dan!!!
Just VOTE and make sure everyone you know votes for Kamala and Tim. We can’t have that monster back in the Oval and all his INSANE Stephen Nazi Miller Morons and Laura Looney bins running the country! And just imagine JD being the President if Trump chokes on a Big Mac. That should scare the hell out of everyone!
Love the people you choose for they sing words you can actually hear and understand. Also Michael was dressed in a normal suit. Ahhh to hear Frankie again at age 92!

thank you so much for those words. He is wonderful and I am proud he is Canadian.
As I fellow Canadian, I totally agree. I'm so proud of him.

why dislike or dismiss. He is great as a person and a singer

Love listening to and watching him sing. We saw him in concert in Manchester UK several years ago and he put on a fantastic concert!

Drugs, alcohol, massage….. nope, listening to the Buble……yea!!! I feel happy! Thank you again and again Dan .🥰🎶🥰🎶👏🏻🌏
Michael Buble is a tonic we all need.

He does exactly that, huh? Feels the music he’s singing. So cool. So so cool. 👏🏻👏🏻
Hi, Dan! PLEASE play for us the duet you did with Michael!!!

We saw him several years ago in Denver when he was first making his presence know. Great entertainer.
