I would go one step further and suggest that it’s not just “news fatigue”, it’s “lack of action fatigue”.

General news media is day after day after day tellings of dirty politics, police brutality, and mass shootings. And day after day we’re left with the same unanswered question - ‘Okay, but who will do something about it?’.

Vote? We’ve done that. Protest? Check. Send money? Also check.

It breaks my heart to hear about all of it, and it breaks my heart just as much that I don’t see any hope of it ever getting sorted. At least maybe not in my lifetime.

And I pray that I’m wrong about that.

Jim Jordan (OH-4) should certainly include Barr's weaponization of the DOJ in his Star Chamber inquisition. But wait! Jordan doesn't investigate Republicans. I forgot.

I. Am. So. Damn. Exhausted. I feel like I have aged a dozen years since 2015. Someone make it stop.

I have long wondered how low can the Barr go, and am ceaselessly amazed at how the Barr keeps going lower.

Everything Trump touches dies. Barr is a glaring example. Sadly, the entire Republican party appears to be corrupt to the core. And they assume the Democrats do the same corrupt things they routinely do. The media, in their quest to appear “fair and balanced”, does a great job of projecting the notion that both sides do bad things. It’s exasperating!

I’ve not read the article, but plan to soon. I’m sure it will only add fuel to the fire of the WTF comes next that burns on continually.

My current fear is the lack of accountability by Trump and his disciples for January 6. As of today, the “get ‘em from the bottom up” approach has sent and will continue to send the on-the-ground January 6 perpetrators to jail. But, when will we see heads rolling from the real leaders of the insurrection?

DOJ cannot let these criminals off the hook, and potentially back into the White House, and expect us to believe in the Rule of Law.

Failure to hold these scoundrels accountable would be a national disaster.

It was surprising that after whitewashing the Iran-Contra affair Bill Barr got a second shot at AG. Although perhaps that was the credential he needed for the Trump Administration’s purposes, eh?

Just think how much better our world would be if the Fairness Doctrine had not been encouraged to Lapse under Reagan. Per Wikipedia: "In 1987, the FCC abolished the fairness doctrine, prompting some to urge its reintroduction through either Commission policy or congressional legislation. However, later the FCC removed the rule that implemented the policy from the Federal Register in August 2011." FOX and others of its ilk would, of course, be most affected.

It is disheartening to say the least to read this. Yet those of us who believe in truth have to keep on speaking out and pointing out the lies.

Everything Trump touches dies, but Barr’s soul was already dead, going back to Iran-Contra. He’s the ultimate GOP fixer and never had any shame.

Barr's posturing for the 1/6 committee made me think he was trying to distance himself from his stupid deeds for Trump.

The Republican party remains the party of no honor and no shame.
