It's just my huymorous way of saying and showing that no matter WHAT we go through, we can rejoice and be glad, since we really are in the secure hands of our beloved Shepherd, Who works all things together for our good. Smiling can be a sign that we know this secret that many others don't know...that God loves us and that His LOVE conquers all, no matter what. Not everyone believes this, I do understand that:).

Generally speaking I appreciate the songs from Steady, but this one got me all choked up. I had life figured out, I had all of the answers, I had it all together - in my 20's. I'm 75 now and really don't know much. Still I am very much in love with my wife of 49 years. Thanks Dan & Elliot.

A beautiful duet, and these two voices are pure gold. And as we age these lyrics have so much meaning.

Thank you again Mr. Rather, for highlighting two of the best singers ever. We will not hear Linda's again in person, but she leaves a stunning history of her music. She remains as simple and lovely as ever, despite her loss.

In these fraught times, this performance indeed provides a reason to smile. For a brief time I was immersed in the beauty of the harmony, momentarily removed from the strife surrounding us. Thank you so much for making this a topic of Steady.

These song words moved me to tears on this Cyber Monday after a very lonely Thanksgiving. Thank you for reminding us of love.

I always think of my husband when I hear this. We’ve adored each other for over forty years, and still going strong. And I don’t care if it’s sappy as heck!
