My Dad got the biggest kick out of this. I had never seen the whole skit. Yesterday would have been his 108 birthday he has been gone for more than 40 years. Seemed appropriate to see this today. Thank you.
I showed a video of this to my sixth grade Language Arts classes for several years, in order to illustrate the difference between ‘who’s’ and ‘whose’. I had to set it up with basic baseball vocabulary, but they really enjoyed the skit, laughing and re-enacting it for a while after. This was about eighty years after the movie.
Thank you Mr. Rather. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the whole bit. It’s so funny that I laughed out loud all by myself. We all need things that make us laugh. Thanks again
Thank you so much Steady Team! GOD bless!
I watched Abbott & Costello a lot. Baseball is America’s pastime! Fun to go to a game.
I've seen this many times. I feel this is when it was just called comedy.
Just brilliant. Classic and timeless. They don't write comedy like this anymore. Thanks Steady team.

Thank you for posting.
Shared with my former colleagues who teach English. A brilliant sketch.
