If anyone was in doubt, this is what the stages of the collapse of democracy look like. The America we knew is dying and there's not much that can be done to resurrect it at this point. At least not while it's still being Trumped to death. And if you think it's going to be saved at the midterm elections this Fall, if there even are midterms, IMHO you're still living in a state of severe delusion. I have my fingers crossed that hopefully, Canada will resist for a few more years but even that is not a guarantee. Short term $$ always wins in systems devoted to economic gain. And no, I'm not a communist, more of a Social Democrat.
Maybe we should watch it so we can respond critically as needed. I suppose they would not post but they must have a Facebook page that they can't monitor all the time?
I'm reluctant to add to their ratings. As long as Dear Leader likes what's being broadcast any negative comments will be ignored. It will be interesting to see what happens once he's off the political scene.

Now that Stephen Colbert is gone from CBS, and 60 MINUTES will become pablum for the President, the only program of interest to me on CBS will be Sunday Morning. 🌞 For me (I’m 72), there is no other reason to watch programming on CBS. Trump (and his handlers) have successfully turned everything that was once golden for me into worthless crap. And it’s not even recyclable! I loathe them all.
I canceled paramount when they canceled Colbert. I canceled CBS right after Colberts last show. Only time CBS WILL ON.. during football season!

Stopped watching it and network TV after being a die hard fan all my adult life. I am 70.
Many American institutions are being killed, including kindness, understanding and empathy. HE must go, with the rest of his toadies.
