She's been the very best at defending anything trump did - i found that ability to be amazing - how she did it is beyond comprehension, however, she was on the decoy plane and may have decided she'd prefer to come home to her children rather than take anymore chances with a traitor.
She has a new baby, Trump left her on the plane to be a target and she decided she'd rather live longer for her children. She'd never turn on him because she knows too much and he is The Don, but that she has lied incessantly for him is true and I hope one day she is held accountable for it.
I quuestion whether, as you seem to be saying, Trump ever started his lying with purpose. Having some experience with narcissists, I think he lies because he lies. Because it's what narcissists do. I lived with someone for almost a year before realizing that they would tell a lie rather than the truth when the lie served no purpose whatsoever, and even, at times, the truth would have better served them.
Trump is a sick man. He reminds me of what Shunderson says in "People Will Talk," "little, in the mind and in the heart." I think that people around him have taught him to use this basic instinct of his to his (and their) advantage. And he clearly enjoys it. (Although it does make for some interesting moments when he can't remember his own lies!)
I think the press and other people on the former Air Force One, should have been informed that they could be shot down, and that the president had deployed to another airplane. It would give individuals a chance to leave the airplane if they wished. He put Americans at risk to save his own skin.
Karoline just found out she was left on the other plane, possibly facing a threat. This while Trump's new sexy admin asst went with Trump on the other plane.
