I wholeheartedly Trust Jack Smith in his ability to uphold our constitution and the laws of our country and believe that he should be the one appointed to investigate Trump and his whole Administration and put forward any laws that were broken and charge the accused accordingly. I have no doubt in his ability to follow the laws and to not Bend on any of them and not be swaded by anyone or anything and charge each and everyone in the appropriate Manor.

Can Congress override Supreme Court ruling on Donald Trump behaviors in office. Congress must protect the constitution. To do that an evaluation must take Van place every 2 years of a president term and look at every decision based on each article of the constitution. focus on behavior that can kill people, certainly, if someone dies under The President’s watch, that the President must carry the ramifications and expense of a court hearing. Currently, people have died by ICE agents and no one has gone to trial.
