I am baffled. The atck against Iran is unprovoked. Iran is one of the world's most dangerous countries?
How dangerous is that ... and for how long has it been that dangerous? Sounds a bit gibberishy; which is fine, because gibberish originated in the Middle East.
This editorial against the US/Israeli War on Iran offers an important broader perspective on the implications of Trump's war aims.
In an editorial from a year ago W-O warned:

There are so many lies and mistakes, or perhaps total ignorance in this article, it would take weeks to address them. The rapes and murders by Islamics in this country were supported by billions of our tax dollars given to them by Obama and Biden and countless terrorists have illegally crossed our southern border under Biden's open border agenda. Perhaps Trump should follow their example.
I have a feeling there are people behind the scenes that have President Trump's ears. I wonder if US oil executives want a cut of that Iranian oil. I understand that Saudi Arabia and Israel have Trumps ears. According to the US Constitution, only the US Congress has authority to declare war against a foreign country. I am talking about both The US House of Representatives and The US Senate together voting to declare war against a foreign power. I have read that the former Shah of Irans son Reza Pahlavi wants to take power in Iran. He wants to be a US ally if he takes control of Iran. I wonder if he has tried to reach out to Trump to get back into Iran. Trump seems to want to get rid of the Islamic rulers in Iran. I believe Trump is not really telling the US Congress or The American people what is going on with his conflict with Iran.
War crimes abound under Trump and his administration. Where is Congress? Follow the money!! Now trying to change the narrative every day and saying we didn't kill all of those school children!! He wants to declare martial law and prevent midterm elections! That's what I think.
Regime change is needed NOW... in DC. The evidence against Trump & Co is overwhelming. THEY are the terrorists imbuing fear in the American people; they are destroying America and our finest institutions; they are undermining our values and principles; and they are profiteering from their offices in the US Government. There are just no words to explain it…reality in early 2026 >the helpless feeling of more of Congress rooting for a Super Bowl, than their own country.<They won’t have money or power over others in outer space. I propose a way to work it so they have zero power while in prison. And it's free. Launch him to a specially built space station prison. Again, He will have no power over kids, women, nor elections. Neither would the rest of the hive. It's perfect and will be paid for by his corrupt sadistic buddies. No power. They will have identical clothes or none depending upon their crime. No one can send him clothes, or McDonald's, or diet coke, or anything else. Maybe Zoom… probably not. New laws for new times. The leftover billions, possibly trillions, can be used for Global Healthcare and Safe Childcare for affected Nations. Time for arrests is now.
The idea that only Trump wants this war is probably over simplistic IMO. Seems to me that congress would be pushing back harder if absolutely no one other than Trump wanted this. There are a few governments, including ones that gave gifts to Trump, in the Middle East that would like to see Iran's government toppled, for example.
Israel has been doing our dirty work in the Middle East for probably more than a half a century. And the main thing that's changed now is that Trump, probably lacking the mental energy among other things, is making little to no attempt to whitewash this thing, sell it to the American people, or paint Israel as the bad guy, like has been done with previous conflicts over the years.
I keep thinking this may be one silver lining in this cloud, that all this stuff that used to be covert or whitewashed is now just out there in a brash way for everyone to see. I've said before that Trump's penchant for drawing attention to himself will eventually be his undoing, and may eventually change the way American politics are done.
