Yes, friendships are what sustains us. Unfortunately, as we get older we lose too many as they relocate to be near their family, to reside in warmer climates, to live in more affordable housing or they pass away. That leaves us with longing for the company and in-person conversations we will never have again. So sad, never being able to regain what we once had. Thank you for hghlighting two talented men.
My Dad (from Jasper, Tx), and my Mom from Alexandria, LA, both loved Johnny Cash. I grew up with many of his albums, as well as those of the groups I fell in love with...the Stones, the Beatles, but somewhere along the line I missed the fact that Cash and Dylan were fans of each other. Thank again Dan, from your friend born in Waco, and living in my fav Texas Town, Austin!
How do you do it, Dan and all? Every week you find a song with a story behind it to lift us out of the sorrow and frustration. Your work is so appreciated.
Thank you so very much, Dan, for posting the beauty of this relationship. It was also recently recognized in the film "A Complete Unknown", which was excellent!
Two of my favorites ❗️😎
Wonderful duo/video and the laughter…priceless, thank you!
Brought a smile to my face watching that video. Thanks. I needed that.
